CONFIRMATION POLICY
The ski school reserves the right to make any changes to the program and price.
In the event that the School considers the number of participants in a group course to be
insufficient, it reserves the right to convert the amount paid by the customer for this course
into private lessons, taking into account the price list in force in the period in question.
To complete the booking, we ask for the balance at the time of confirmation which must be
paid before the lesson.
Only the delivery of the booking slip to the instructor (paper or e-ticket on smartphone) entitles
you to attend the lesson or course.
1 hour of individual lessons is 50 minutes long, just as group courses end 10 minutes earlier
(15 minutes in the case of the course for children aged 6-13 years) than the start of the next
hour.
PAYMENTS
We accept online payments via our website or payment link issued by the secretariat, by bank
transfer and with all major credit cards (NO American Express).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Ski courses and lessons booked and not attended will not be refunded.
100% of the advance paid will be refunded if the cancellation occurs 3 days before the start
date of the booking.
No refund will be made for cancellations that occur less than 3 days before the start of lessons.
After 3 days, in the event that the customer is unable to carry out the lessons, the School
reserves the possibility of issuing a voucher with a value equal to the unused amount in
reference to the aforementioned booking expiring in the month of December of year following
the current one and in any case can be requested within 10 days from the date of absence
from lessons.
After 10 days it will not be possible to make any type of refund or issue credit vouchers.
Lessons will take place in any weather condition.
In the event that the weather conditions prevent the opening of the ski lifts, the services
booked and not attended will be refunded via a voucher equal to the value of the amount paid
but not actually used.
In serious cases (injury or illness) the amount not used by the customer will be refunded only
upon a certificate from the emergency room in the hospital or from a doctor.
No refunds will be made by cash, but by bank transfer.
For each day of the group course which will be reimbursed in accordance with the rules
governing the cancellation policy of the Ski School, an amount equal to €40.00 will be
recognised, while only in the case of courses for children aged 6-13 and Rendy the amount will
be of €50.00.
RETURN OF THE MINOR STUDENT
Parents or managers must present themselves at the point agreed with the teacher at the
beginning and end of the lesson to return the minor student. In the event of a possible delay,
the teacher reserves the right to accompany the student to the School office.
