CONFIRMATION POLICY
The ski school reserves the right to make any changes to the program and price.
In the event that the School considers the number of participants in a group course to be insufficient, it reserves the right to convert the amount paid by the customer for this course into private lessons, considering the price list in force in the period in question.
To complete the booking, we ask for the balance at the time of confirmation which must be paid before the lesson.
Only by showing the booking ticket to the instructor (paper or e-ticket on smartphone) entitles you to attend the lesson or course.
1 hour of individual lessons is 50 minutes long, the same way for group courses: end 10 minutes earlier (15 minutes in the case of the course for children aged 6-13 years) than the start of the next hour.
PAYMENTS
We accept online payments by our website or payment link issued by the School’s offices, by bank transfer and with all major credit cards (NO American Express).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Ski courses and lessons booked and not attended will not be refunded.
90% of the advance paid will be refunded if the cancellation will be until 3 days before the start date of the booking.
No refund will be made for cancellations that occur less than 3 days before the start of lessons.
After the 3-day period, the School reserves the right to issue a voucher for the unused amount for the aforementioned reservation, expiring in December of the following year. This voucher must be requested within 10 days of the date of absence.
After 10 days, no refunds or credit vouchers will be issued.
In any case, the cancellation deadline for any type of service is no later than 6:00 PM on the day before the lesson, coinciding with the office closing time. Any cancellations made after this time for the following day will not be refunded, nor will a credit voucher be issued.
In the event that the weather conditions prevent the opening of the ski lifts, the services booked and not attended will be refunded by a voucher equal to the value of the amount paid but not actually used.
In serious cases (injury or illness) the 90% of the amount not used by the customer will be refunded only upon a certificate from the first aid at the hospital or from a doctor.
No refunds will be made by cash, but only by bank transfer.
For each day of the weekly group course which will be refunded, in accordance with the cancellation policy of the Ski School, an amount equal to €40.00 will be recognised, while only in the case of courses for children aged 6-13 and Rendy the amount will be of €50.00.
RETURN OF THE MINOR STUDENT
Parents or managers must present themselves at the point agreed with the teacher at the beginning and end of the lesson to return the minor student. In the event of a possible delay the teacher reserves the right to bring the student to the School office.
