CONFIRMATION POLICY
We kindly inform you that our offers can be subject to changes and supplementations. To confirm a reservation the final payment is demanded and it is due before the start of the lesson. To take part in the lesson or in the group courses it is mandatory to present the reservation ticket or e-ticket. 1 hour lesson must be considered 50 minutes.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept bank transfer and credit cards, except for American Express.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Group and private lessons previously booked and not attended cannot be refunded. The payment can be refunded if the cancellation takes place at least 3 days prior to the date of the ski lesson. Refunds cannot be obtained if the cancellation takes place within the 3 days prior to the date of the ski lesson.
The lessons take place with any weather condition.
In the sole case the weather prevents the ski lifts from opening, the lessons booked but not attended can be refunded.
In the sole serious cases of injury or sickness certified by a mandatory medical certificate the entire amount will be refunded.
UNDERAGE PARTICIPANTS
Parents or a person in charge have to turn up at the meeting point previously agreed upon with the ski instructor to pick up underage children or teenagers. If the person in charge gets to the meeting point late, the ski instructor reserves the right to accompany the minor to the office of the ski school.
